Nursery Help Chompy to Clean his Teeth

Date: 4th Dec 2025 @ 2:39pm

A big part of the Physical Development strand of the EYFS curriculum focuses on self care. This week, we were really lucky to have Better Start come in to school to deliver a Ready, Steady, Smile session. We were joined by some of our parents as we met Chompy the Dinosaur! Chompy taught us all about the importance of keeping our teeth clean by brushing them for two minutes twice a day and not eating too many sugary foods. The children then practised bruhsing teeth, created a healthy picnic that the Tooth Fairy would be proud of and went to the shop to buy healthy snacks.
