- Regular communication from the school includes:
- News items on the website
- School newsletters on the website – printed versions are available by request from the school office
- Notifications via the Boundary Primary App
- Letters home, which are sent via the classes
- Parent’s evenings
The school office will only send a text message to advise of a child who has had a bump to the head. If a child has an accident to which we feel needs medical attention, a phone call home will be made. It is vital that parents and carers provide the school office with up to date contact information so that when we need to we can get in touch. Please remember to let us know either by phone or calling into the school office.
If your child has lost something then lost property is kept with Mrs Bradley. Please encourage your child to look for their items themselves and speak to their class teacher.
All unclaimed lost property is disposed of at the end of each term. With this in mind, we ask that you label everything clearly with your child’s name.
All children in primary school are entitled to milk in class every day, the cost of this is subsidised by the school each year. The milk for Year One to Year Six is served in yellow cartons which is fluoridated milk. Children in our nursery and reception classes will receive standard semi-skimmed milk each day. If you would like your child to have milk you are asked to complete a slip at the school office.
Online payment systems
Boundary Primary School uses a cashless system for most payments to school, this is operated by Parent Pay. All payments for school meals, Creative Kids Club, residential visits and most school trips should be made via the online system, letters can be obtained from school with a bar code for easy payment at a Pay Point shop.
