Reception comparing length

This week during maths we have being comparing length using the correct mathematical vocabularly.  The children then explored this during continuos provision making different length snakes out of playdough and ordering them from shortest to longest.  Th children were encouraged to compare the length using the vocabulary forom our oracy session.  The children also counted the correct links onto the snake heads and explained which was the longest and why.
