Year 3 - Improvising and Composing

In Music this week, we used YUMU on Charanga and composed our own piece of music using notes F  G  A. We began by exploring the notes and compsing a rhytam of our own. We then concentrated on creating our own ostinato – making sure that each line was the same, or at least every other line was the same. We enjoyed using these range of notes and also explored with the lengths of notes, 4 beats, 3 beats, 2 beats and 1 beat.
