To finish our We're Going on a Bear Hunt topic, the nursery children had great fun making their very own bear biscuits! After enjoying the story and all of our bear-themed adventures, the children carefully decorated biscuits to look like bears using icing and tasty toppings.

The children showed fantastic creativity as they chose where to place the bear's eyes, nose and ears, making each biscuit unique. They talked about the different parts of a bear's face and shared ideas with their friends while decorating.

Once the biscuits were finished, everyone was excited to admire their creations before enjoying them as a special treat. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the end of our story, helping the children to recall their favourite parts of the book while developing their fine motor skills and creativity.
