📱 Mobile Phones at Boundary Primary School 📱

At Boundary Primary, we are proud to be a mobile phone–free environment. This helps us keep children safe, focused, and fully engaged in their learning and play throughout the day.

✅ What this means:

• Pupil mobile phones, smart watches, or any devices capable of messaging or making calls must not be used, seen, or heard at any time on site.

• This includes lessons, corridors, and social times such as break and lunch.

📦 If a device is brought to school:

• It must be handed to the class teacher or teaching assistant at the start of the day.

• Devices will be stored securely in the classroom and returned at the end of the day.

🩺 Exceptions:

• Reasonable adjustments can be made for medical or essential needs, following an appropriate risk assessment.

⚠️ If the rule is broken:

• Breaches will be dealt with in line with our school behaviour policy.

• Repeated breaches may lead to the device being confiscated and collected by a parent or carer.

• The school cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal devices brought onto the premises.
