Nursery keep Cool

Date: 26th Jun 2026 @ 4:53pm

With the warm weather upon us, our nursery children have been enjoying lots of refreshing water play to help keep cool. The children explored a variety of water activities, including pouring, splashing, and transporting water using different containers and tools.

They showed great curiosity and excitement as they discovered how the water moved and felt, working together to fill and empty containers and experimenting with different ways to play. There were plenty of smiles and laughter as they splashed gently and enjoyed the cool sensation on their hands.

This experience supported the children’s sensory exploration, cooperation, and early problem-solving skills, all while helping them stay comfortable in the heat.

It was a lovely way to enjoy the sunshine and make the most of the warm weather together! ☀️💧
