Reception- The Ice-cream Shop

Reception were very excited when the home corner changed into an ice- cream shop!

Someone made the ice-creams, someone was on the till, the customers chose what they wanted by completing a form with the different flavours and styles of ice- cream and you could design your own ice-cream and ice lolly too. They took turns, helped each other and chatted about their favourite ice- lolly and ice-cream.

Then, when we returned from a day at the beach, Mrs McAllister opened up her own ice-cream shop outside, where children could enjoy a real ice-cream as a treat!

"I love strawberry ice-cream!" Myla- Gray.

"I'm making my own rainbow ice-lolly" Hazel.

"The ice-cream is so refreshing" Harley.
