Redwoods Maths and Measures 🕰️

This half term, Redwoods class have been learning all about measure 📐. We have spent time estimating and measuring everyday objects around our classroom 🪑📚, using careful thinking and teamwork.

We also enjoyed comparing lengths and heights 📏⬆️⬇️, discussing which objects were longer, shorter, taller or smaller. This helped us build our maths vocabulary and confidence 😊✅.

Next, we are excited to move on to measuring time ⏰🗓️, where we will be learning about clocks, days and how time fits into our daily routines. We will also begin exploring time tables.
