School Council- Democracy Week

This week sees the launch of the School Council Elections. 

It began today with a whole school assembly and a visit from Chris Webb MP where the children learnt about the British Value, democracy , why we vote and how to become a school councillor. 

The children looked at what characteristics make a good school councillor and how they can encourage their class to vote for them. 

Have you got what it takes to be part of the school council? If so, your school needs YOU!

Voting day is Thursday 25th September.
