Year 2 Author Visit: Dan Worsley 👽📚✨

Year 2 had an incredibly exciting visit from author Dan Worsley, who led a fun and hands-on workshop that sparked everyone’s imagination 😊.

Dan captivated us with an amazing story about his adventures with an alien 👽🚀. The children listened carefully and loved the way he brought the story to life with his storytelling skills!

Afterwards, we explored a range of adjectives to describe different parts of the body 🧠👀✋, thinking about how we can make our ideas more detailed and interesting. The children then used their creativity to design and draw their own unique creatures 🎨.

To finish, they used their fantastic descriptive vocabulary to bring their creatures to life through words ✍️.
