Year 4 meet Dan Worsley
After a whole-school assembly, Year 4 had the pleasure of an all day writing workshop and one to one feedback session with Dan Worsley. Beginning with an impossible tale told by the author himself, the children were challenged with writing their own short story about a sea creature. After designing their own and thinking about the 'creature's features' they had to tell the story of how the creature came to arrive on a beach and then write a witness account including as much description as they could!
The children relished the opportunity to 'perform' their impossible tale in front of their class and Dan.
