Year 4 enjoyed watching a live online assembly about the FIFA World Cup, where they learned valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, respect and resilience. The children discussed how these qualities help both athletes and ourselves to achieve our goals. Afterwards, we watched the highlights of the England v Norway match and reflected on how the players demonstrated determination and excellent sportsmanship throughout the game.
