⚽ Sports Week Blog: Erling Haaland & Raphinha

During Sports Week, Year 4 learned about two top football players: Erling Haaland and Raphinha.

Erling Haaland is from Norway and plays for Manchester City in England. He is a striker, which means his main job is to score goals. Haaland is known for his strength, speed, and powerful shooting, making him one of the best goal scorers in the world.

Raphinha is from Brazil and plays for FC Barcelona in Spain. He is a winger, so he plays on the side of the pitch and focuses on dribbling, creating chances, and assisting goals. He is very skillful and creative with the ball.

Overall, we learned that even though they both play football at a high level, they have different roles—Haaland scores goals, while Raphinha creates them.
