Year 5 - Music

Year 5 performed Look Into the Night on the glockenspiels. The lesson began with a review of the song, during which key musical vocabulary was recapped. 

Using the Music Toolkit, pupils revisited the musical elements of texture and timbre, discussing how different sounds and layers work together within the piece.

Pupils then played their glockenspiels, performing parts practiced both with and without the backing music.
