Year 5 - Still life

Today, the pupils not on the PGL trip have been busy learning how to sketch and use watercolour paints to create 'still life' artwork. We looked at the lines and shapes that the items made and then added tones to show light and shade. After sketching, the pupils practised the techniques used to paint using watercolours and then painted a 'still life' image.
