Year 6 - Fitness

We have begun our firness unit in Year 6. Today we took part in a circuit training session, which included squats, plank, running and step-ups. Next week we will begin looking at specific activities and timing ourselves doing them. Over the half term we will continue to time ourselves and see if we can increase the amount of activity we do or if we can faster at certain activties.
